By adding the Reliance Energy number 9022813030 to their WhatsApp contact list, customers can
now avail of a host of services, including status of e-payments, metering & billing queries, duplicate bill requests, and host of other services.
“Today, WhatsApp has become the leading communication platform for people of all age groups. To talk with our customers on the platform they are most comfortable communicating, Reliance Energy has now launched WhatsApp services. We have created special cells of trained executives who willmake our customers’ WhatsApp engagement more output-oriented,” a Reliance Energy spokesperson said.
